Oxflow

Construction Cost Management Platform

Phase 1 Milestone Plan — Prepared for Oxcon

Following our initial workshops and presentation, this document outlines the complete Phase 1 plan for Oxflow™ — a purpose-built construction cost management platform designed to replace Benchmark Estimating and integrate with your existing Workbench environment.

Oxflow brings together estimating, forecasting, variation management, and AI-powered reporting into a single modern web platform — built specifically for the way Oxcon operates. The detailed function list at the end of this document provides a complete inventory of every feature included in Phase 1.
